Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar, joined by O’Malley and Director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Tommy P. Beaudreau, made the announcement that an environmental review of sites off of Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and New Jersey showed “no significant impact.”
